Butter Operator
Description: Controls and operates butter churn and butter packaging equipment to produce butter of specified grade quality. Responsible for all butter churn equipments and materials as well as complying with any issues with regards to product specifications. Operate Consumer Line to ensure butter is manufactured and packaged in sanitary and compliant condition to allow HDM to sell its products to any entity interested in individually wrapped butter. Operator will be responsible for all packaging materials as well as complying with any issues regarding weight and identification.
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Description: Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the timely repair and preventative maintenance of plant equipment including, but not limited to metal detectors, case erectors/closers, sealers, pasteurizers, motors and VFD’s and troubleshooting instrumentation and programming plant wide. Milk Powder Packaging Operator
Description: The Packaging operator assists in packaging and proper storage of bagged and tote products. He or she ensures that; all documentation is timely, accurate, and complete, that GMP’s, Sanitation requirements and performance measures are tracked and met. Ensure that the quality and quantity of packaged goods conforms to the company’s standards.
Research and Development Director
Description: This position is responsible for food product development from origination through market ready products. They will oversee all thing related to R&D (research, testing, data gathering and analysis, reporting, presentations, recommendations, etc.). Understanding the “why” in relation to their role(s) so customers know “why” they are buying great milk products.
