The cream and butter complement High Desert's milk powder because they come from the youngest, freshest milk in the dairies. Like the milk powder, the butter maintains its nutritional value with protein, calcium, and fat soluble vitamins A, D, and E.
The butter is produced in a 14,000 square foot (1,300 square meters) butter plant. The plant has been designed for easy sanitation, supporting butter production in a clean and controlled environment for a consistent, outstanding product.
High Desert Milk's butter is never frozen on site, giving commercial buyers fresh, natural butter with a flavor that stands out. It is maintained in the warehouse at a constant temperature of 38 degrees F (3 C) until it is ready for transportation. However, if you are interested in freezing services, they are available nearby.
