
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 4 tbsp , melted
Filling
- 24 oz , softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Topping
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream.
- Pour into crust and bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes.
- Cool, then chill at least 4 hours.
- Top with sliced bananas and whipped cream before serving.
