Instructions

Blend crust ingredients to coarse consistency then add melted butter and form into bottom of tray or dish
Mix cream cheese and sugar until incorporated.
Then add one egg at a time, mixing until incorporated.
Mix in vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour into crust and bake for 55 minutes.
Add topping of choice and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
