
Ingredients
Cake
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup , softened
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup reconstituted
Frosting
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 to 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp , melted
Instructions
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry.
- Pour into pan and bake at 350 F for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes, then invert to a rack.
- Whisk frosting ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
