
Ingredients
- 36 Oreos
- 8 oz
- 1 tsp vanilla
- chocolate chips of your choice
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined. The cream cheese should all turn brown, no white should be visible.
- Roll the mixture into roughly 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Put cookie sheet in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips. If using a microwave, stir every 20 seconds. Don't overheat.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip off.
- Refrigerate until set.
