Sticky Cinnamon Croissants

Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants, sliced
  • 1/3 cup , melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange croissant halves in the dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon and brush over croissants.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt. Pour over croissants. Let soak 10 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. Whisk glaze and drizzle over warm croissants.
