
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp , melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
Filling
- 24 oz , softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Cinnamon swirl
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp , melted
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
- Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients into a paste.
- Pour half of filling into crust, dollop cinnamon swirl, then add remaining filling and swirl with a knife.
- Bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes until set.
- Cool, chill 4 hours, then drizzle with glaze.
