Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp , melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz , softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup guava paste or guava puree

Topping

  • 1/2 cup guava paste, thinned with 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Blend in guava paste or puree.
  5. Pour into crust and bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes until set.
  6. Cool, then chill 4 hours. Spread guava topping before serving.
