Salted Carmel Pretzel Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1/3 cup , melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Filling
- 24 oz , softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pretzels
Instructions
- Mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a greased 9 inch springform pan.
- Bake crust at 350 F for 8 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
- Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool 1 hour, then chill at least 4 hours.
- Top with caramel sauce, sprinkle flaky salt and chopped pretzels before serving.
