Salted Carmel Pretzel Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/3 cup , melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz , softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Topping

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pretzels

Instructions

  1. Mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a greased 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Bake crust at 350 F for 8 minutes. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
  4. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  5. Cool 1 hour, then chill at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with caramel sauce, sprinkle flaky salt and chopped pretzels before serving.
