Instructions

Mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a greased 9 inch springform pan.
Bake crust at 350 F for 8 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 F for 55 to 65 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
Cool 1 hour, then chill at least 4 hours.
Top with caramel sauce, sprinkle flaky salt and chopped pretzels before serving.
