Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz , softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, green onion, mustard, and garlic powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill 30 minutes before serving with crackers or veggies.
