
Ingredients
- 8 oz , softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, green onion, mustard, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving with crackers or veggies.
