Ingredients
- 8-10 cups of Chex Mix
- 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine on low heat: butter, peanut butter and chips.
- Stir continuously until melted together.
- Take off heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour over cereal and toss until well coated.
- In a large bag add powdered sugar and cereal mixture and shake until coated.
