School-To-Registered Apprenticeship Program (S.T.R.A.P.) gives high school students an opportunity to gain experience in the workforce, save money for college, and develop a great work ethic. All of which is a jump start to their careers. This is a two-year program. Students will take early morning classes for the first year, followed by a summer internship. Following the internship will be a second round of classes. We offer competitive pay and a great work culture where the leadership team cares about its students and employees.
